Garden experiment...

We decided to let Sydney pick out several plants for one corner of our flower beds...She picked some beautiful ones...I just hope they stay nice. Two of the ones she chose (I'm terrible...don't know the plant names at all) have long stalks and the only blooming flowers on those stalks both broke on our way home....so not showing any flowers just yet. I hope they bloom some more. It was a beautiful day today and we weeded the whole side bed and then she helped plant them around our existing crepe myrtle (sp?). Here are a few pictures...
