New Orleans Pictures

I'll add captions later, but here are some of the pictures from our trip for spring break! We had lots of fun. Sydney and David were mostly very good on the trip. Sydney wished we would have given more money to spend on souiveniers and David had one night where it seemed he was having nightmares...but all in all we enjoyed our time away. Highlights...obviously Beignet's at Cafe Du Monde, the Zoo and Aquarium always are big hits in our family, but Mardi Gras World was the unexpected (never knew it existed)...it's pretty cool to see where they make/repair/store the floats and the props for the floats. We also got to play dress up and take pictures. Plus there was a ferry ride over to it...so Sydney was super excited. Sydney loved the hotel too...but didn't understand why there was a little fridge (minibar) stocked with goodies that mommy and daddy kept telling her to stay out of...ummm...$2.50 for a kit kat bar--no thanks! We did allow a night with room service for desserts.

2nd Day: Down around the French Quarter, The Aquarium and Mardi Gras World!

Day 3: The Zoo and Dinner out

Day 4: Louisiana Children's Museum and a Windy goodbye to NOLA
