Inks Lake- part 3

We also decided to visit Longhorn Caverns again while we were so close by. We'd been there before with Sydney, but this was David's first time. The caves are pretty cool and we had a great tour guide. The kids really enjoyed it. We even saw a couple of small sleeping bats again this time. David fell asleep toward the end b/c it was around his nap time. :)

I think they call this the Queen's watchdog (not sure anymore). Sydney's shoulder is kinda blocking the formation.

This open room is used for weddings...Sydney thought Aunt Mauri should get married here. :) You can see the tables/chairs on the right...they had or were having a wedding around the time we visited. Not usually out in the open like that.

My favorite part of the vacation was realizing how much David is wanting to be like his Daddy.
He repeated sayings (including a couple bad words), wanted to help him wash dishes, and here he's trying to walk just like him...even though he doesn't need to stoop down yet. ;) so cute!
