100th day...

Sydney's school always has a fun little celebration on the 100th day of school. This year her teacher asked them to dress like 100 year old persons! hahaha! It was actually the source of much anxiety for Sydney...but she finally figured out that mommy was right and she didn't have to dress any "specific" way. I gave her an old pair of my glasses with the lenses taken out. She had two knitted shawls that she wore and we did her hair in a bun. The teacher sprayed most of the kids' hair with white hair spray. They all looked really cute...thanks to the picture the teacher sent us via email! Here's the picture. I graciously circled Sydney w/in the pic...in case her costume was THAT good! haha! Her teacher is the one on the right side with the walker...pretty funny stuff.
