David's Birthday get-together on June 6th...my family and Josh's parents all joined us for some Gumbo, hotdogs and just hanging out. David and Iris played so well together.

On David's REAL birthday...June 10th, we went out to eat at Chuck-E-Cheese. He thought Chuck-E was Cool...and he got another cake with candles to blow out...so fun.
4th of July we had a busy weekend. Visited my grandmother in the hospital, visited our new nephew Jude, played and watched fireworks out at the Kemah Boardwalk, then Nasa Space Center on Sunday...whirlwend weekend.
David transitioned to his cool new BIG BOY bed...
Sydney did awesome with her swim lessons. I'd like to get her able to swim across the full length with no help so maybe she could join the local swim team. She loves the water, but lacks stamina. :)
Sydney read alot this summer for the Summer Reading Club with the local library.
Visited my friend Morgan and her new baby Caleb who was born 8/14/09
Now the school year has begun...here's hoping it's another great one!
